BREAKING: Senate Cancels Tuesday Plenary Seeks For Legal Interpretation of Onnoghen's Suspension
The Senate has cancelled it's scheduled plenary billed to hold on Tuesday (tomorrow).
The Clerk of the Senate, Mr. Nelson Ayewoh, stated this in a statement signed by him on Monday evening.
Ayewoh did not give reasons for the action but explained that the federal lawmakers would now resume on February 19 earlier adjourned to last week.

BREAKING: Oby Ezekwesili Withdraws From Presidential Race
Oby Ezekwesili withdraws from presidential race on Thursday morning.
The presidential candidate of the Allied Congress Party of Nigeria (ACPN) will now devote her time "to help build a coalition to defeat the All Progressives Congress and the People's Democratic Party in the February 16, 2019 election", Ozioma Ubabukoh, the spokesperson of the Oby Ezekwesili Presidential Campaign Organisation, said in a press statement shared.

Atiku To Be Arrested, Questioned Over Collapse of Bank PHB When He Returns From US - Presidency
The Federal Government has said it will arrest and question, the predidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar over his alleged role in the collapse of former Bank PHB.
The Minister of Information and Culture, Mr Lai Mohammed, making the allegation in Abuja on Friday, said the former Vice-President benefited from N156 million ‘slush funds.’
Mohammed told State House correspondents that the money was through the Claremont Management Services Account on 13th January, 2009.
The minister spoke while reacting to Abubakar’s visit to the United States of America, saying that the visit did not mean that he was free of corruption issues.
Mohammed also said the government was not bothered that Abubakar visited the US.
